PUBLIC SESSION

The Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee (PTAC) was established by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA). The Committee meets publicly to review Medicare physician-focused payment model proposals, prepare comments and recommendations regarding whether such models meet criteria established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary, and submit such comments and recommendations to the Secretary.

Registration for PTAC meetings is preferred. Please note that you may participate in person, via live video streaming, or via our teleconference line.

PUBLIC COMMENT REGISTRATION

All Committee meetings include opportunities for public comment for participants joining in person or via teleconference. Advance registration is preferred. You may also register to make a public comment the day of the event. If you are attending the meeting in person, please visit the registration/information desk at the meeting to sign-up. If you are participating via teleconference, please inform the operator that you wish to participate in the public comment period. The operator will ask for your name and organization. Participants will be called to speak based on the order the request is received. To accommodate as many participants as possible, comments will be limited to three minutes.

Video recordings of the meeting will be added to the PTAC website when available.
