Introductions / Working Lunch - Roundtable Discussion – Applied Cognitive Analytics

The 2018 CIO Summit explores practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and the use of virtual assistants in customer service businesses in the Chicago area. The roundtable discussion will bring together executives who have invested in innovative, cognitive analytics technologies and have some "lessons learned" to share about their experiences.

The discussions will take place at MATTER, a healthcare technology incubator, and 1871, Chicago's Center for Technology and Entrepreneurship, both located in the Merchandise Mart Chicago, and will incorporate tours of the accelerator spaces.
