On behalf of the Clarabridge Steering Committee, I am pleased to invite you to the 2nd Annual 2010 Clarabridge Customer Connections (C3) users conference, held on January 26th- 27th at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

 

Focused around Customer Experience Management (CEM), C3 will bring together Clarabridge’s customers, partners and thought leaders from across the industry to discuss and exchange best practices that drive CEM success across their businesses.

While the extended agenda will drive the sharing of experiences on how to use and implement Clarabridge, this will also be a great opportunity for us to network with other users. The agenda will cover information on product details, tips and techniques, best practices and more. I am really looking forward to this event as it is a chance for me to interact with other Clarabridge customers as well as the Clarabridge team. .
