Welcome to Regonline and the Anime Matsuri 2012 online registration system. Please have the following information available before you press the "Register Now" Button.
1. Your Personal Information
For people Signing up for themselves, have your personal information available. This would include the name/nickname that you wish to have on the badge. If you are signing up on behalf of someone else, don't forget to fill in the Contact Information section so that we may contact you concerning the order if necessary.
For Groups, Please have your Group Name, who will be your two representatives (In the actual registration form they are called "The Leader" and "The Backup Leader") that will pick up your group's badges at Pre-Reg,and each group member's personal information (including badge name) available to complete this form.
Please complete one form per person.
2. Which passes and optional items you wish to purchase.
For those purchasing a Kid pass, the child must be between age 6-12. The guardian must purchase a pass along with the kids pass and be with the child at all times. When purchasing, it is one form per registrant.

3. Your Credit Card Information.
For all orders that are processed through this website, only Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards are accepted.
For people signing up for themselves, have that information available.
For Groups, have a credit card ready that will have enough to accept the charges on behalf of your group. Regonline will charge the first person in the group's card upon completion of the registration form. At this time Regonline cannot split the cost to multiple credit cards for each individual in your group. If you wish to do that you will have to sign up each person instead individually using the "For Myself" option.
When finalizing your order, please press the button once. If your credit card did not go through, do not attempt to try again. By trying to attempt with a card that did not go through, your credit card company may put a hold on the amount. Funds will be returned through your credit card company, but it would not finalize your registration for Anime Matsuri. Double check if you have enough funds on your card before re-attempting.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Do not pay twice for this event. You will be
charged for all registrations, and no refunds will be issued for
duplicate registrations. All registrations are non-refundable and
non-transferable -- no exceptions will be made.

4. Kids Pass - Only available in non-group rate

The first 2000 pre-registered attendees (including groups) have the option of early badge pickup at Planet Zero Anime Center on March 31 & April 1, 2012.
All other Pre-Registratered badges will be available for pickup starting 6pm - 11pm on Thursday April 5, 2012 at the event location.
