We have arranged a SPECIAL SUNDAY 7/31 TOUR With Captain Charles Moore on the research vessel The Alguita! But you must register BEFORE Sunday morning to attend!  Sunday's voyage will depart at 8:00 a.m. and return to Loews at 4:00 p.m.  There will be 3 main types of research activities near the mouth of the Tijuana River, which is located in Imperial Beach on the US side of the border:  A Van Veen grab for bottom sediments, an Otter Trawl to catch fish to see if they are eating plastic, and Manta Trawls for surface plastic debris. The fish caught will be displayed in a table mounted aquarium for viewing by attendees.  Bring your own camera, drinks and lunch.

Don't miss this unique, amazing, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join Captain Moore on this experience!  YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE SUNDAY MORNING TO ATTEND!  Register at http://www.regonline.com/2011CRRA_tours
