Upper Quarter Evaluation & Treatment

Sayre, Pennsylvania
Saturday, September 07, 2013
Assessment and Manual Therapy go hand in hand and all too often we forget the simple fact that we must assess and re-assess constantly. The purpose of this course is to teach the participant a varied approach to evaluation and treatment of the upper body. Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment will be reviewed for evaluation. Treatment techniques include soft tissue manipulation, functional release, joint manipulation, and neurodynamics. Exercises will be MDT and neurodynamic based.

This pivotal lab intensive one-day seminar is designed to help clinicians take their evaluative and treatment skills to the next level. Dr. Religioso will use evidenced-based philosophies to give clinicians new tools to diagnose dysfunctional movement and appropriately treat soft tissue limitations, joint mobility limitations and improve their patients function. Attendees will come away with a new, thorough understanding of MDT and SFMA for improved therapy skills. Through the use of extensive hands-on labs, case studies and in-depth discussions, attendees will be able to implement new techniques and therapy tools into their practice immediately.
