  Richard is the founder and CEO of ingenie, a company that - in less than three years - has established itself as one of the leading insurance brands for British young novice drivers. He is currently leading ingenie into the North American market, where the brand will seek to replicate its home success. As one of the few insurance brands to exclusively insure under-25s using black box technology, ingenie and Richard have a unique perspective on the way young people really use the road. He is passionate about road safety; dedicating his time and resources to supporting initiatives and charities that help educate young people and make them safer drivers. He's become a regular on Sky News and BBC News sharing his expertise on insurance and road safety issues, and is a prominent social media contributor. His company has recently been awarded the Prince Michael of Kent Road Safety Award. While he is now a pioneer of telematics insurance, Richard has a successful track record in the technology and insurance industries spanning more than two decades having previously co-founded the Innovation Group, which developed technology systems for the insurance industry and listed on the London stock market, achieving a valuation at peak of £1 billion.

Mick is a certified management accountant and possesses advanced degrees in psychology and business.   Craig Weber is the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for Celent’s global insurance practice and is based in Helotes Texas.  In this position, he leads a team of associates spread across North America, Europe, and Asia.  Mr. Weber has been a management consultant and analyst for over 22 years, with the majority of his experience coming from various positions within the insurance industry. He has advised dozens of insurers and vendors on IT and business strategies. Mr. Weber is frequently featured as a speaker at industry events, addressing diverse topics such as core systems modernization, innovation, and creative disruption.
