via Airplane:
Hartford, CT - Bradley International Airport (about 45 minutes from University of Connecticut - Storrs, CT) 
UConn Airport Shuttle – ($50) https://web2.uconn.edu/transportation/#shuttleAirport. You will need to pay your driver the exact fare on arrival.  Make your reservation at least one week in advance.  Lindsey Limousine is also available. Please visit their website for more information.  Taxis – (~$85) Taxis are available outside of the airport.  If there are no taxis at the airport, please go to the Ground   Transportation desk and they can arrange a taxi for you.

Boston (BOS) - Logan International Airport From Logan Airport (BOS) in Boston take the Peter Pan bus to Storrs, University of Connecticut. Pick up the bus outside of Terminals A, B, C, E. The ticket costs $38.50 and you should pay the driver in exact change. Tell the driver you need to go to Storrs, University of Connecticut.

via Automobile:
Overnight guests will be accommodated in South campus (Anna M. Snow Residence Hall).  Parking is available in "S" Lot.  Guests should check-in for housing at the Conference Housing Desk on the ground floor of the Rome Commons building. For those who requested a parking permit, it can be obtained upon check-in. Directions to "S" Lot are listed below.

DIRECTIONS TO "S" LOT AND RESIDENCE HALL CHECK-IN LOCATION (CONFERENCE HOUSING DESK):

FROM INTERSTATE 84:
Take I-84 East/West to Exit 68.  Take Route 195 South approximately 7 miles to campus (crossing over Routes 32 and 44). Starting from the “University of Connecticut” sign on the right, proceed straight through four sets of lights.  At the 5th light, turn right onto Mansfield Road (just past Mirror Lake).  Take the first left off Mansfield Road and then an immediate right into the parking areas.  "S" Lot is the largest parking lot behind the South Residence Halls. From the Northwest corner of “S” Lot, walk up the sidewalk to the Rome Commons Building. Check-in is located on the ground floor at the Conference Housing Desk.

FROM SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT:
Take I-95 to Route 395 North.  Take Exit 81 to Route 32 North.  Follow Route 32 North to Willimantic.  Turn right onto South Street and go over the Frog Bridge.  At the end of the bridge, continue straight through the light onto Jackson Street.  Jackson Street runs directly into Route 195 North.  Continue on Route 195 North through Mansfield and into Storrs (approximately 8 miles).  Proceed past E.O. Smith High School on the left and Storrs Center on the right. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Mansfield Road.  Take the first left off Mansfield Road and then an immediate right into the parking areas.  "S" Lot is the largest lot behind the South Residence Halls. From the Northwest corner of “S” Lot, walk up the sidewalk to the Rome Commons Building. Check-in is located on the ground floor at the Conference Housing Desk.

SHUTTLE/TAXI DROP-OFFS:
Please follow the directions to the Nathan Hale Inn & Conference Center (noted below).
When you pull into the parking lot for the Nathan Hale Inn, there will be a circle in the parking lot. Follow it until you are directly across from the NH Inn. You will be right outside of the Lewis B. Rome Commons Building. Enter the building through the double doors and proceed down the stairway on your left. At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and follow the hallway to the open atrium. The Conference Housing Desk (check-in location) will be on your right.

    The registration fee covers conference sessions for three days with breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, poster session snacks, opening reception, and conference dinner included. For graduate students who are attending the conference, the registration fee also covers the cost of the Pre-Conference Workshop on June 11.     Cancellations received by 12:00AM on Monday, May 26, 2014 will receive a refund minus a $35.00 processing fee.  

    Cancellations received after 12:00AM on Monday, May 26, 2014 will NOT be issued a refund.
