registration includes all conference activities from Tuesday through the close of the conference on Thursday.  To qualify for the member rate, you must be an active member of PRPD or AIR at the time of registration.  Membership is subject to verification.

The PD Workshop runs prior to the conference and can be added to your conference registration or taken as a stand-alone event (it runs prior to the start of the conference).  Click on the link to register and make the appropriate selections.

Exhibitors and Sponsors
must have a signed exhibit space or marketing partner agreement with PRPD prior to registering.  Once approved, you will be given a code to register those included with your contract.  Badges for additional staff are $475 per person for PRPD members and $795 for non-members, regardless of the date of registration.  Badges cannot be shared and staff must perform significant work in an exhibit space to qualify.

Registration confirmation will arrive via email within 24 hours of submitting an online registration. Please be sure to present your email confirmation and government-issued ID when you arrive for your credentials and check the web site regularly for an updated schedule of events.

You will be required to show a current, valid government picture ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) to pick up your registration materials.  Registration will generally be open just before the start of each day’s activities.  The specific hours are at the bottom of this page as well as the registration confirmation email.

Your badge should be worn at all times and is required for admission to all events.
Substitutions, including those made on site, are allowed with the permission of the original registrant. A substitution is a straight transfer of registration credentials with no adjustment to the registration category or payment. If when making a substitution you require an alternate payment, such as a change in credit card, or payment method, the original registration will be canceled and refunded less a $50 processing fee.  The new registration will be processed at the current and appropriate rate based on PRPD member status.

Registrants who are unable to attend may substitute another person.  In the event no substitution can be made, submit a cancellation request in writing to  Cancellation requests will be processed as follows:
  • Request received by August 12, 2015 = Refund less $75 cancellation fee
  • Request received between August 12, 2015 and September 16, 2015 = Refund 50% of the registration fee
  • Request received on or after September 16, 2015 = No refund
If you must cancel after September 16, please send a replacement to capitalize on your investment.  Refunds will be processed after the conference and no later than December 31, 2015.

PRPD and The Bridge Group (the contracted agent for registration and payment processing) reserve the right to cancel duplicate or unpaid registrations without notice.

  • PRPD accepts payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard and check.  All registrations must be paid in full by Monday, September 21, 2015 to receive credentials on site.
