Andrew J Sherman, nationally known speaker and author of twenty-seven books will give a keynote at this year’s GRO-Biz Conference & IDEA Expo.  His presentation “Ten Strategies to Drive Business Growth for 2016 and Beyond”, provides insight from someone who Fortune Magazine named “One of the top ten minds in small business”.  His breakout session, “Harvesting Intangible Assets:  Uncover Hidden Revenue In Your Company’s Intellectual Property” was the topic of a TEDx talk and the subject of his successful book. Mr.  Sherman has been interviewed on national and regional radio programs, including National Public Radio’s Talk of The Nation, CBS News Radio, Associated Press (AP) Radio Network’s Business Minute and many more.  
  Mike Moyer
Mike Moyer is the author of eight books that provide structured advice to people who want to solve specific problems like splitting equity in their startup company or delivering an awesome sales pitch.  His keynote presentation at the GRO-Biz Conference & Idea Expo on Thursday February 18th entitled "Slicing Pie“ will present a formula for creating a perfect equity split in bootstrapped startups. It's the only model that guarantees that every founder, investor, partner and employee gets exactly what they deserve...no more and no less! He will follow up with an engaging and interactive workshop that simulates the events of a start-up company over an extended period of time. For his second workshop, Mr. Moyer will present from his 2014 book “Pitch Ninja: Persuasive Pitching and Presenting”.  Attendees will learn a simple structure for delivering an awesome sales presentation.  Mr. Moyer’s has learned that most companies, regardless of their size, share a similar set of problems and that many of these problems can be solved with less work than most people think.
