John has experience working with executives across financial services on strategy, capital raising and advisory. He joins Celent following fourteen years in capital markets including investment banking at Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and Macquarie Capital. He was a senior member of the leadership team for the UK, Russia, Central & Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa. His experience straddles both public and private equity markets advising governments, private equity, venture capital, and corporates on financings. He has a detailed understanding of global capital flows and demand potential from traditional institutional investors, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds.
