Alan Pransky

Alan Pransky, a FINRA Registered Principal, helped to develop and implement the Kaulkin Systems Track Flow system to process and monitor new and continuing business submissions and processing at The Patriot FinancialGroup, an Ocyssey Companies Practice. 

Alan was one of the original members of the Patriot Financial Group and assumed the job of Chief Compliance Officer in its Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) headquartered in Worcester, MA. His initial responsibility was to establish Securities and Investment Compliance procedures in line with Broker Dealer, Regulator, State, and Federal rules and laws. 

He wrote the Compliance manual for his OSJ and was responsible for supervision of a rapidly growing number of Registered Representatives and their support staff (50+) in up to 10 branch offices throughout New England. In addition Alan was responsible for the daily review and approval of all newly submitted Securities and Investment related business and sales submitted by the Registered Representatives in accordance with FINRA, state and federal laws, and was also responsible for ongoing training of Registered Representatives and their support staff that included quarterly compliance meetings, regular emails, and oversight of continuing education activities. 

Additional duties included regular office audits, correspondence review, advertising review, and formal complaint handling responsibility.  This work was done concurrent with Alan’s sales activities in his own branch office in Beverly, MA. Joe Graves

Chief Information Officer

Stratus Technologies
Joe was named CIO of Stratus Technologies in 2002.  Since that time he has led the near total re-implementation of the Stratus IS environment. As an advocate of change, Joe has embraced the deployment of innovative technologies such as virtualization Software-as-a-Service, Service Oriented Architectures and Storage Area Networks. 

Prior to becoming CIO, he was responsible for managing system operations and IS application development.

Joe joined Stratus in 1986 as a software engineer and later became an engineering manager.  In the mid-90’s, Joe was the program manager for some of Stratus’ largest programs such as HP-UX OS support and the first generation of central office compliant servers.  Joe switched from Engineering to IS in 1999.

Before joining Stratus, Joe held various software engineering positions with Sequoia Systems and Data General. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
