NOTE:  These rates are Commissioner, Fraternal Delegates, and Staff/Committee Member Rates ONLY. Visitor rates are an additional $630.

Sandy Cove Rate Information:
  • Triple Occupancy room (3 beds) - $0
  • Double Occupancy room (2-3 beds) - $120/week
  • Single Occupancy room - $300/week
If you are coming with your spouse, you can indicate that when you register (note: your spouse does NOT have to register separately). For lodging, you should choose Double Occupancy room (you and your spouse will be placed in a private room). Then you should purchase a  Room & Board For Spouse package on the Additional Items page. If your children are coming, you can indicate that when you register and purchase the appropriate meal options on the Additional Items page.

Off-site Hotel Information:
You can make your own arrangements for off-site accommodations if you wish. We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the following 2 hotels. You can reserve hotel rooms from them by calling the hotel directly (NOT via their website) and telling them you're part of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church group. Note that Commissioners, staff, and fraternal delegates can request reimbursement for off-site lodging up to $300 for the week.
You may also be able to camp at Sandy Cove; contact the registrar for more information.

Visitors:
Lodging and meals are included for commissioners, fraternal delegates, and OPC committee reps/staff. If you are a visitor, you have 2 registration options: No Housing (an Event Pass & Meal Plan can be purchased on the Additional Items page) or Room & Board (which includes an Event Pass and the cost of all meals in the dining hall). 

Note that Sandy Cove does NOT allow visitors on site unless they have purchased an Event Pass & Meal Plan! These can be purchased either for the full event or by the day (if you won't be at the Assembly the entire time).

Event Pass & Meal Plans:
Event Passes and Meal Plans must be purchased at registration time. An Event Pass and Meal Plan is included for 1 person if you register as a Commissioner, OPC Committee Rep/Staff, Fraternal Delegate, or Visitor - Room & Board. Below are the costs for additional event pass and meal plans for the week: 
    -- Adult:           $330 (full event); $55 (1 day)
    -- Child 12-17:  $294 (full event); $49 (1 day)
    -- Child 4-11:    $174 (full event); $29 (1 day)
