Rooms

The conference rate for rooms at the Hard Rock is $109 per night. Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with hotel’s reservation department  Individuals can make reservations in one of three ways:

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before the room block cutoff date of Tuesday, September 6, 2016. After the cutoff date, hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale, the group rate or room block will no longer be available.

Airport

Tulsa International Airport (TUL) in Tulsa, OK (9 miles) or Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) in Oklahoma City, OK (125 miles).

Location

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is located West of downtown Tulsa.

Nearby area attractions include the Tulsa Zoo, the Oklahoma Aquarium, the Philbrook Museum of Art, and the Gilcrease Museum.

Transportation

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino provides transportation directly to and from the Tulsa International Airport. The shuttle leaves Hard Rock every hour, on the hour, upon request from 5 AM to 10 PM. To arrange a pickup, call the valet service at 918-384-7673.

There is limited vendor/exhibitor space.

We are requesting a $50 registration fee and $100 merchandise donation for vending space and a $400 registration fee for exhibitor space. Registered vendors and exhibitors can set up at the Hard Rock on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
