Cancellation/Refund Policy

We will refund your registration fee paid in advance if cancellation is emailed by the registration deadline, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 
to Camille Keith at KeithC@gao.gov.  Refunds for cancellations received after this date are not permitted although attendee substitutions are welcome and you may change the name, title, and contact information of the attendee on your original registration. Please contact Camille Keith if you wish to make a substitution. Payment of registration fees prior to attending the meeting is required.  No exceptions.
