ICGFM CONFERENCE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Refunds, less a $50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing at the ICGFM Office by April 23, 2018. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after this date. “No-shows” are responsible for full conference payment.

  • The Early Rate is only applicable if it is paid in full by March 23, 2018.    The Regular Rate must be paid in full by April 23, 2018.  Registrations will be cancelled if payment is not received by the above dates.  You may pay by Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
