Registration is now closed. Onsite registration may be available on a space-permitting basis in the lobby of the Wong Auditorium (Building E51) beginning at 11:00AM on Thursday, September 27.

Online Registration 
  
The deadline for submitting your registration is September 19, 2018 at 11:59PM EDT. Payment for the reception and dinner on September 27 is due upon registration if paying via credit card or upon receipt of your online invoice if paying by another method. All payments must be received by September 19. Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not submitted by this date. Onsite registration may be offered on a space available basis.

Fees
  • There is no fee for the Symposium
  • $30 USD ticket for the Reception and Dinner, September 27, at the Samberg Conference Center (optional)
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations may be made online until September 19, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. To cancel after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu

No refunds will be given for cancellations. 

Changes & Substitutions
You may access your registration record and make changes or substitutions until online registration closes on September 19, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. After September 19, please email conferences-www@mit.edu.
