Vinola Guidelines:
  • New for 2019, Vinola will be on FRIDAY, April 5th, 2:00 to 5:00 PM (1:00 – 2:00 PM trade)
  • We ask that everyone be at their table for 12:30 PM
  • Red Wines poured must have a published retail value of $75.00 or higher. White wines and sparklings must have a published retail value of $40.00 or higher
  • Wineries can pour up to eight (8) wines per table at Vinola; however, if you wish to register more than eight (8) wines per table, please contact Gillian Stagg at 
  • Wineries should provide at least four to six (4-6) bottles of each wine poured
  • Wines submitted will be reviewed and selected by the Vinola Committee
  • Winemakers & Principals will receive 1 room for 2 complimentary nights in a NOWFE sponsor hotel. The deadline to reserve room is Monday, February 18, 2019.
  • The winery distributor will be responsible for any leftovers, pick up and credit
  • Participating winery will receive placement in a full color program (very important to input your wines and upload your labels correctly in registration as we use that to create the program)
  • Vinola allows a maximum of two representatives per wine table (including winemaker, pourer, owner, etc.)
  • Note: Wineries do not have to pour 8 wines on Table 1 to register for additional table
  • WE EXTENDED OUR DEADLINE!!!! New Deadline is Friday, March 15, 2019
