REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee $75 and includes light refreshments throughout the day.  Lunch will not be provided but there is an onsite cafeteria available and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. 

Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis until Friday, March 29th or whenever capacity is reached. Early registration is highly encouraged.

Payment of registration fees prior to attending the meeting is required (no exceptions).

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by Friday, March 29th.  No refunds for cancellations will be permitted after this date, but attendee substitutions are welcome at any time.
