Ohad Finkelstein

Ohad Finkelstein joined Venrock in 2005. With an extensive background in finance, technology, and telecom industries as well as in developing new companies, markets, and products globally, Ohad leads international investments for Venrock.  His prior stint as CEO of the pan-European Interoute Telecom Group added to his previous experience as Senior Vice President International Sales for VocalTec Ltd. Ohad has also held management positions at Packard Bell Electronics in the U.S and was named one of the 100 most influential people in telecom by Global Telecoms Business magazine.

Jozsef Köver, Partner at 3TS Capital Partners. Jozsef joined 3TS Capital Partners in 2007 and works on technology, media and telecom investments. Previously, he had been a private investor and legal/ business advisor at several early stage businesses in Hungary. In the 90’s he was Managing Director of the Hungarian affiliate of Advent International and also worked as an investment banker with CA-IB Securities. Jozsef has a degree in law from the University of Szeged, Hungary and a degree in Business Administration from the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.

 

 

Nicolas Berg

Nicolas Berg, partner at Redalpine Venture Partners, Country Manager Xing Switzerland, serial entrepreneur, angel investor, coach for venturelab.  Nicolas has invested in 16 private companies (ICT, Live Sciences) since 2000, and he has co-founded 8 companies since 1984. 2004-2006 he was CEO of Neurotune, Schlieren.  In 1998, he founded Borsalino.ch, a leading Swiss financial portal for private investors that was acquired by Ringier Media in 2000.  For several years Nicolas has worked as a technology and finance journalist. He graduated as M.Sc. (BA) at the University of Bern in 1985. Born 1959, he grew up in Gstaad, Bern and Basel, and is living in Solothurn.

Goksin Bakir is the Managed Software Partner Leader for Microsoft/Middle East and Africa.  Prior he led one of the leading manufacturing software companies in Turkey. Besides his experience of 17+ years in the IT Industry,  Goksin used to be the Microsoft Regional Director for Middle East and Africa.  He is a part time faculty at Bogazici University.  He contributes to IT publications like PC Week, IT Weekly and has many excellence awards from leading software and IT companies.

  Pavel Ezekiev Neveq


Pavel Ezekiev is the Managing Partner of the New Europe Venture Equity Fund (NEVEQ). He worked for Microsoft Corp. as a Financial Analyst and joined Deutsche Bank’s investment banking division in London, UK, as a Senior Associate in corporate finance.   He served as Chief Foreign Investment Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy of Bulgaria.  Pavel served as Executive Director of InvestBulgaria Agency and in 2006 founded NEVEQ, to invest in exceptional entrepreneurs and rapidly growing and profitable technology companies operating from Southeastern Europe.  NEVEQ's portfolio includes investments in the US, UK, Switzerland and Bulgaria.

 

 

 

  Mustafa Gozalan
Dogan Group

Mustafa Gözalan is CEO of DSmart and Dogan Telekom, and an executive board member of the Dogan Yayin Holding (DYH) and its affiliate Dogan TV Holding.  He began his career in the mid-1980s with the auditing division of Arthur Andersen in Turkey and then in the US.   Mustafa joined DYH in 2000 as VP of Business Development and later joined the TV group’s management team.   He has been instrumental in forging innovative directions for technology in Turkey.

Memet Yazici is the Head of Asset Management for RHEA Investments in Istanbul and a board member of Stowbridge Partners.  He has over 15 years of experience in start-up and growth stage business management and private equity, and held various investment and operating roles in ventures focused on telecommunications, content and delivery technologies. He has extensive start-up and growth stage management, strategic alliances, marketing and operations.  Successes include Ventures-In-Communications funded OnePoint Communications sold to Verizon in 2000; Management roles at Verizon, MCI, American Airlines and Procter & Gamble.
