    Cancellation Policy:
    All refund requests must be made in writing to Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI), directed via e-mail to us at registration@irei.com or faxed to +1 925-244-0520. Cancellations received on/before August 12, 2011 are eligible for a full refund less a $350 processing fee. Cancellations received between August 13, 2011 and September 12, 2011 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 12, 2011 are not eligible for a refund.  Neither IREI nor APREA offer credit to future events for the unrefunded portion of the registration fee.  If IREI and APREA decide to cancel this conference, neither IREI nor APREA accepts responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
