"Career Opportunity Days" are limited to about 20 Employers and 100 male and female wounded, ill or injured servicemembers transitioning to civilian careers. Spouses and caregivers of these wounded, ill or injured servicemembers are also invited to attend. Employers are connected directly with 7-10 candidates based on mutual interest in either the employer's industry or the servicemember's military background. Employers are asked to conduct onsite interviews with all candidates at the event. Onsite interviews not only provide the wounded, ill, or injured servicemembers, military spouses and caregivers individual opportunities to interact with prospective employers, but also provides the employer unique opportunities to get to know prospective candidates. We have experienced great success helping wounded, ill and injured servicemembers find employment using this model! Please follow the links below to view our testimonials and success stories.
