Registration: Please remember to stop by to pick up your name badge, conference program and gift bag at the ANA Hotel on October 30 or the International Conference Center Hiroshima on October 31. Your name badge will be your pass to all the conference events for which you have paid.
Individual Events: The gala banquet is included in the price of your registration fee, however you may contact Debbie Powell at email@example.com if you would like to purchase additional tickets for the gala only for ¥7800. All other events, options, meals and sessions are for those attending the full conference and are not available for separate purchase.
If you prefer a specific homestay location, you may indicate your first and second choices on the registration form, however specific requests cannot be guaranteed. You will be advised of your homestay location within two weeks of registration. Please contact the homestay coordinator, Maryam Jordan, at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you have specific questions or information about your homestay after the conference.
