2012 Blue Coast Small Business Procurement Event Schedule at a Glance
Matchmaking Session
Tuesday, June 12, 2012
1:15pm - 5:00 pm

Due to an overwhelming response, matchmaking will now open additional sessions.  Each table host will meet with 4-5 small businesses at a time.  Each small business will have 2-3 minutes each to speak to talk about their company and exchange contact information with the contact host.  Two attendees from the same company may not sign up for different session times with the same host.  This does not mean you will have to sign up again if you have already done so.

We would like to make sure each company has the opportunity to meet with each host.
  Matchmaking appointments go fast and will be available soon so do not hesitate to sign up!

To select your matchmaking choices,   you will need to log back into your registration and choose the companies that you would like to meet with.  Click on the "Register Now" link.  When you get to the log in screen, click on "View or Change your registration".  You will be prompted to enter your email address and password.  From there you can select your choices.

Each Matchmaking session will provide an opportunity for invaluable meeting necessary for establishing communications between small businesses, prime contractors and government agencies.  There will be different large prime organizations and government services and agencies hosting a table at this session.  Each appointment is up to 15 minutes in duration.  Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis and a wait list will be implemented.  Please note that in the case where you do not get your desired one on one session(s), this will not be the only opportunity to network during this conference.  There are several networking breaks built into each day including lunch, a networking reception on the evening of Monday, June 11, 2012.
