    All payments must be in US currency, drawn on a U.S. bank, and received prior to the conference.

    Pay with a Credit Card:

    * Pay online via credit card check: If you select this method of payment, your registration will not be complete until your check has been received and cleared. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your registration is complete.    

    Pay with a Check:

    * Checks will not be accepted after June 30th, 2012.

    Cancellations:

    • Cancellation requests postmarked on or before June 20th, 2012 will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee
    • Cancellation requests postmarked between June 21 and July 5th, 2012 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee
    • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS POSTMARKED AFTER JULY 7th, 2012, OR, FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTER BUT DO NOT ATTEND
