All payments must be in US currency, drawn on a U.S. bank, and received prior to the conference.
Pay with a Credit Card:
* American Express, Visa, Discover or Master Card Accepted
* Pay online via credit card check: If you select this method of payment, your registration will not be complete until your check has been received and cleared. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your registration is complete.
Pay with a Check:
* Checks must be mailed to: Mental Health Systems, Inc. Attn: Training Department, 9465 Farnham Street San Diego, CA 92123
* Checks will not be accepted after June 30th, 2012.
