Two days of invited and volunteered presentations plus a full day field tour of BMP effectiveness research at the Reynolds Homestead. 

  • Monday evening – welcome reception and poster session
  • Tuesday – technical sessions (all day) + posters
  • Wednesday – full-day field tour
  • Thursday – technical sessions (half day - ends at noon)

Student Verification:
Please scan a copy of your student ID, save it to a file and upload it to use as proof of your student status. 

Sponsor Registration Form:
Four levels of sponsorships are available for the symposium (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze). Cost of each are $3,000+ for Platinum, $2,000 for Gold, $1000 for Silver and $500 for Bronze.

Abstract and Poster Information:
Call for Papers begins August 2013.  Abstract Submission Deadline – March 31, 2014. 
Note: To submit an abstract you must register for the meeting.  During the registration process you will be asked to upload your information.

Hotel Reservation:
This is a link to the reservation page for The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conf. Center in Blacksburg, VA.  The reservation cutoff date is Friday, April 11, 2014.
