LOGO SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Underwriters may upload their logo with their underwriting commitment when they register or send it separately to events@dfi.org Early submissions maximize marketing exposure for their company. Late submissions are not guaranteed logo placement. Please submit the company logo in two formats:

1. For our printed marketing materials please provide logos that are high-resolution, CMYK 300 dpi (or higher) 1.5”- 2” wide in .jpg, .eps or .tif format.

2. For our electronic marketing platforms please provide logos that are high-resolution, RGB 300 dpi (or higher) in .jpg or .pdf format.

Copies of logos or images from websites will not work. They are low resolution and not suitable for use.

LATE MOVE-IN/EARLY MOVE-OUT: Exhibitors who set-up or break-down later or earlier than the published schedule will be invoiced an additional fee of $500. Please contact Lauren Nance at events@dfi.org for questions regarding this policy.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel on or prior to July 31, DFI will retain $250 per space; we will retain 75% of total exhibit space cost from August 1, 2014, through August 31, 2014; and we will retain 100% of total exhibit space cost for cancellations on or after September 1, 2014. No Exhibit Space refunds after August 31, 2014. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and refunds will be based on the above schedule by date received. Any refunds due to the Exhibitor in accordance with the terms herein shall be payable within 90 days following the conclusion of the Exposition.

General Information
  • Additional Booth Attendant. For Standard Exhibit Booths, only one additional Booth Attendee receives a discounted rate per booth ($100 off the early bird member registration rate). All others must register at the full rate valid at the time of registration. For Featured Exhibit Booths, only two additional Booth Attendees receive the discount.
  • Electricity: Order a 120v dedicated, 2000 watt, 20 amp quad box for $70 through the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Complete an application for electricity AND credit card authorization form and e-mail them to michelle.yeager@marriott.com.
  • Drape: Backwall - Black; Sidewall - Black.
  • Signage: One line ID sign (7"x44") provided automatically.
  • Carpeting: The Exhibit Hall is carpeted (deep blues with specs of other colors) and the ceiling height is 10’ (3.048m).
  • Exhibit Space Agreement: Upon acceptance of Exhibitor payment and registration, the Exhibitor will be asked to sign and return an Exhibit Space Agreement. Failure to provide a signed agreement will result in the cancellation of your registration.
  • Material Handling: Shipping materials to and from the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Exhibitors should make shipping arrangements for both inbound and outbound materials with the Official Exhibit Services Contractor, Freeman. Preview their 2014-2015 Material Handling Rates.

  • Competitors: DFI will do its best to ensure competitors are not neighbors at this event. Please let us know, in writing, any companies you prefer not to neighbor.

Payment Instructions

  • You may register using a major Credit Card or PayPal. You may also register and pay later by a Check made payable to Deep Foundations Institute (Memo: 2014 Annual Conference) or by Purchase Order. 

    Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, mail or fax.

    No refunds for Exhibit Booths after Sunday, August 31, 2014. Reference the Exhibit Space Agreement for details.

    No refunds for Attendee Registration after Friday, September 26, 2014, however you can transfer your registration to another DFI Member.

    Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
