Atlantic salmon brushed with olive oil,
pan seared served with lemon dill hollandaise sauce 


Whitehorse Chicken

A Chicken breast stuffed with Boursin cheese, baked in a flaky crust
and served with a caramelized red onion and golden raisin chutney


Surf & Turf

Two Grilled Petite Black Angus Filet Mignon and
Two Jumbo Baked-Stuffed Shrimp

All entrees are served with Chef's choice of vegetable and potato or rice, fresh baked warm bread,
