Payment Instructions

  • The registration fee is $300 per person if registered before June 17, 2016, or $375 if registration is received by July 15, 2016 ($450 onsite). Discounted group rates are also available.

    Due to the nature of this event, registrations for only a portion of the summer institute are not available. Refunds must be requested in writing before July 22, 2016. (A $50 administration fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. No refunds will be granted for non-attendees.)
