SSURF Annual Meeting 2018

**Registration is now closed.

All meeting attendees must register in advance, and online registration has been extended until June 10. You are now able to split the payment between two credit cards, if needed, to pay for the Networking Reception on a personal card.

Note: The SSURF Annual Meeting is not considered a DOE managed conference. However, attendees from national labs should check with their travel group for any meeting tracking requirements. 

Registration Prices

To update or change your existing registration:
  • Go back into the registration site.
  • Scroll down toward the bottom of the page until you see "View or Change Your Existing Registration."
  • Enter the email address you registered with.
  • You will get a message in the browser that the site will send you an email with a verification link. When you get that email, click on the link to continue.
  • You'll be taken to your registration record and will see options available to update. 
  • If you are adding on the new ORCID workshop, choose "Sessions".
  • On the "Sessions" page, you'll see a new option to indicate that you'll be attending. Click the radio button, then click "Continue."
  • Follow any remaining steps to finish updating your registration.


Individual Membership Categories:
  • Professional: $30
  • Postdocs: $15
  • Students: Membership is free for students utilizing user facilities and students enrolled in graduate and undergraduate programs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by June 10, 2018. You will be refunded your registration payment less handling fees.

Photo Release
Photographs and video may be taken throughout the meeting. By registering for the meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow SSURF to use your photo and/or video footage of you in SSURF related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
