What is the address of the event?

The event will be hosted at the Microsoft Conference Center, 16070 N.E. 36th Way Redmond, WA 98052.

Where do I park?

Parking is free at the Microsoft Conference Center.  Follow signs to the underground parking garage for Building 33 / Microsoft Conference Center.

Is there a cost to attend?

No there is no cost to attend this event.

Will food be available?

There will be snacks and refreshments available throughout the afternoon. 

What else is happening besides the product expo and the job fair?

We will have representatives from LinkedIn available to help people optimize your LinkedIn profile, as well as an Inclusive gaming lab.

Can I come in from out of town?

Yes. However, you are responsible for your own travel & expenses.  We have included a list of recommended hotels below.  

Can I go to the company store? 

Yes. The Company Store is in Building 92 on the main campus, just a short drive away and is open to the public.

Can I invite others to attend? 

Yes, please feel free to socialize this invitation among your network of peers that would like to learn more about accessibility.

What accommodations will be available during the event?

Microsoft is committed to creating a comfortable and inclusive event.  If you require a disability accommodation, please email  Real-time captioning & ASL interpreters will be provided during the main session.  Service animal relief areas will be available outside of the Microsoft Conference Center.  Ability Summit materials will be available in accessible electronic format and Braille.

Who can attend the Day 2 Event?

Day 2 of the Ability Summit is targeted to non-Microsoft employees.  E.g. friends, family, local businesses, community members, job seekers and disability community/advocates.
