First-time Attendees
If you are new to the Learning Forum, the following are some helpful hints for getting the most from the experience.
  • Download the conference mobile app before you arrive – the link will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the Learning Forum. The app has the conference agenda, networking event details, and can be used to message other attendees.
  • Need one-on-one technical assistance or have questions about revenue cycle, the Epic upgrade, population health, and more? Sign up for a 30-minute appointment with an OCHIN analyst onsite when you pick up your conference badge.
  • When you pick up your conference badge onsite, sign up for lunchtime topic tables to meet attendees with a shared interest. We typically have tables on Meaningful Use, Social Determinants of Health, Value Based Payments, HIE, PCMH, and more.
  • You can learn about technology partners in the sponsor expo area located near the conference registration desk.
  • If you have any questions onsite, stop by the conference registration desk in the Plaza Foyer. It is staffed during all conference hours.
