FACILITIES AND SURROUNDINGS 

Just an hour and one-half drive from Denver is the quaint, historic town of Breckenridge. Beaver Run Resort is nestled at the base of Peak 9, the largest conference center in the Rockies under one roof. This ski in/ski out resort can put you onto more than 126 ski trails. A free shuttle service can take you to other nearby resorts: Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Other winter activities include ice skating, snowmobiling, sleigh rides and helicopter skiing, just to name a few. After a day of meetings, you can relax in one of Beaver Run's two heated pools, seven hot tubs, or experience the many fine restaurants and shopping.

SOCIAL EVENTS
All registrants and a guest are invited to a dinner on Saturday, March 2, 7:30 pm. Dinner, beer, wine and soft drinks will be provided. 

ACCOMMODATIONS

A block of rooms will be held at Beaver Run Resort until January 26, 2019.  After that date, rooms will be on a space available basis only.  This is peak ski season.  BOOK EARLY!
