TACA Community Service Project
Join the Emerging Leaders for a children's bike build on-site at the Gaylord Texan. Be a part of this unique service project and give back to the community. Bicycles will be assembled from start to finish.
Through a local Dallas/Fort Worth youth organization, the bicycles will be distributed to children in the community.
The bicycles will be purchased by TACA with funds donated by many TACA member sponsors.
Location for the project is Tate Ballroom 1-5 in the Gaylord Texan.
Please make plans to participate in this important and fulfilling event.  Register for the community service project in the online registration process.

New Member/ New Board Orientation

Do you have questions about TACA and how to be more involved in the association? This session is for you! TACA’s Organization Structure, Operations and Communications will be discussed.

Allied Member Annual Update
Join fellow Allied Members, the Allied Board of Directors and the TACA President for an informal Q&A session. Learn the many ways be involved in TACA.

Annual Meeting R & R (Registration & Reception) 
Join your fellow TACA members at registration and a reception with light hors d’oeuvres and refreshing drinks. You may pick up your name badge, event program and other meeting materials at this time. 

TACPAC Fundraiser Featuring Private Clint Black Concert with Full Band and TACPAC Silent Auction
Support the TACPAC and enjoy a great musical experience! Tickets for the private Clint Black Concert with Full Band are available. The ticket includes entry to the private concert and TACPAC Silent Auction on Tuesday night. All proceeds for ticket purchases go directly as contributions to the TACPAC*.

NEW! Topgolf Tournament at Topgolf - Dallas in The Colony
There is an additional per person fee to participate in the golf event.
Buffet lunch and drinks are included in your fee.  Also included is transportation from the hotel to Topgolf and returning. Enjoy this networking golf event in a cool and comfortable setting. The golf event will be held on Thursday, June 13 at 12:30-3:30pm.
If you are putting a golf team together, please make sure you contact everyone on your team in advance. These will be six (6) person teams.

Sporting Clay Shooting Tournament at DFW Clay Target Sports
There is an additional per person fee to participate in the sporting clay shoot.
Your fee includes transportation from the Gaylord Texan to the shooting facility and returning, Certified Instructors, shotguns (participants are welcome to bring their own), ammunition, eye and ear protection, bottled water, sodas, Gatorade.

Mountain Biking
Mountain biking at Grapevine Lake Park-Northshore Trail on Thursday afternoon. The trails will be suitable for all levels of riders. All participants will need a helmet and are required to sign a waiver. Any minors MUST be accompanied by their parent or guardian. All participants will need their own mountain bikes and helmet.  Participants will drive on their own to the location. Water, Gatorade and sodas will be provided.  There is no charge for this activity.

Paradise Springs Cabanas
Cabanas will be reserved especially for TACA annual meeting participants.  Cabanas will be available on Thursday and Friday.  They will be marked with an annual meeting sign. 
Food and beverages ordered while at the cabanas will be paid on your own.  Only the cabana is sponsored NOT food or beverages.

Spouse, Guest and Youth Breakfast
Breakfast will be available for registered and paid spouses, guests and their children on Thursday morning. Please indicate your guests attendance at the breakfast during the registration process.

The Rustic Brush - Spouse, Guest and Youth Activity
There is an additional per person fee to participate in The Rustic Brush.
Create a unique wooden sign for your home. No experience required!
If you can pick up a paint brush, you can be an artist! Workshops are led by talented instructors, who supply the tools and fun to make your one-of-a-kind piece.
There will be three projects from which to choose. Something for your kiddos and two "grown-up" projects, one a little more detailed than the other.
Join us immediately following the breakfast.

Historic Downtown Grapevine Outing - Spouse, Guest and Youth Activity
Explore this walkable, preserved historic area that is home to winery tasting rooms, the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, the Palace Arts Center, the Grapevine Glockenspiel Clock Tower, one-of-a-kind shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Transportation is provided from the hotel to Downtown Grapevine and returning.

Awards Luncheon
Awards presented: Topgolf tournament winners, sporting clays shoot winner, TACA STAR Certified companies, annual Safety Contest, Public Appearance, Truck Driver of the Year, Production Employee of the Year, Bruce Ingram Excellence in Concrete awards, High Early Strength Concrete Competition and the TACA Scholarship recipient.

Chair Van Til's Cocktail Hour Welcoming New Members
All attendees are encouraged to attend and welcome the new members of TACA. All new members will have a yellow name badge identifying them. Please take a moment to introduce yourself and welcome them to the association.

Past Chair's Banquet
At the Past Chair’s Banquet, TACA Past Chairs of the Board are our guests of honor and will be recognized as well as the 2018 Emerging Leader Graduates, TACA Board of Directors, Allied Board of Directors, outgoing Board of Directors and Committee Chairs. Everyone is encouraged to attend this dinner to visit with Past Chairs.
The recipient of the Bob R. Beard Good Neighbor award will be announced at this time.
Outgoing Chair Rob Van Til will close the Annual Meeting with the traditional Outgoing Chair’s Remarks and the Passing of the Gavel. Incoming Chair Paul Rouse will address the attendees and announce the location of the 66th Annual Meeting.

Youth Evening Activity Room
Each evening (Wednesday-Friday) TACA will again offer an adult monitored youth activity room at no cost to you. Hours will be 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 6:00-10:00 p.m. on Thursday, and 5:30-10:00 p.m. on Friday for youth 4 to 12 years old. Dinner will be provided. Activities include art projects, board games, and movies.

*TACA is not responsible for any accounting related to your registration for the TACPAC Clint Black Concert, including any Ethics Commission reporting requirements you or your company may be subject to concerning political contributions for reimbursement of your purchase. Please note that participation in the Concert is completely voluntary and the purchase price for Concert tickets will be reported as contributions to TACPAC. TACPAC fundraising efforts shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law, including the reporting of contributions received by TACPAC.
