The registration desk will open at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.  Please feel free to stop by and pick up your name badge and a conference program.  Or, if you prefer, you can wait until the vendor hall set-up begins at 9:00 a.m. and the National Braille Association staff will be happy to bring these items to you.


Exhibit Hall Set-Up: Wednesday, October 30, 2019, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM  (details)
The vendor hall will be open for set-up between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.


Exhibit Hall and Silent Auction: Wednesday, October 30, 2019, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM  (details)
From 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., some conference attendees will be in an organized lunch function.  Other attendees may visit the vendor hall at this time.

From 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., there are no competing events occurring.

The afternoon workshop sessions run from 1:30 p.m to 4:00 p.m.  Unlike other conferences, NBA attendees do not skip workshops.  Typically, the only vendor hall activity during the afternoon workshop session occurs between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. when workshop attendees are given a short break.  NBA does not require vendors to sit at their table(s) while workshops are in session.

From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., there are no competing events occurring.

Exhibit Hall Tear-Down: Thursday, October 31, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM  (details)
The vendor hall will close at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2018.  Vendors will be expected to dismantle and vacate the hall by 6:00 p.m. that evening.

Payment Instructions

  • Please note that there will be no onsite registration for vendors at this conference. To attend this conference, your registration must be received no later than September 30, 2018.

    Cost of Nonprofit Vendor Table:  $100.00
    Cost of Commercial Vendor Table:  $300.00

    Program Advertisements start as low as $25.00, and increase from there depending on size, color, and location.

    Payments can be made online using a VISA Card, Mastercard, Discover Card, check, or purchase order.
