Registration: Please remember to stop by to pick up your name badge, conference program and gift bag at the Ramada Hotel on Friday. Your name badge will be your pass to all the conference events for which you have paid.
Individual Events: The gala banquet is included in the price of your registration fee, however you may contact Debbie Powell at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to purchase additional tickets for the gala for €50. All other events, options, meals and sessions are for those attending the full conference and are not available for separate purchase.
Post-Conference Homestays: We invite you to extend your time in Germany by participating in an optional four-night homestay from August 30 – September 3. Hosting is offered by Friendship Force clubs located in the cities/regions of: Bavaria (sold out), Halle Saale, Hamburg, Kiel (sold out), Luebeck, Vogtland.
The homestay cost is €90 (transport cost additional, depending on host club). If you prefer a specific homestay location, you may indicate your first and second choices on the registration form, however specific requests cannot be guaranteed. You will be advised of your homestay location within 15 days of registration. If you have specific questions about the post-conference homestay please contact Barbara Stonebrink-Martin at email@example.com.
