Cancellations prior to June 30th will incur a $15 processing fee.
No refunds after June 30th.

All prices for Institutes and Seminars are the audit rate. If you desire to take a course for academic credit, please register through the Records Department at Trinity International University (TIU). If you are not currently a student at TIU and would like academic credit, contact the University’s Admissions Office, 1-800-345-8337.

* Full-time Students not attending the conference or courses for academic credit must present a copy of their student ID to the Event and Education Manager to receive the discounted price by the start of the conference. If an ID is not received, the registrant will be charged the full registration fee. Please email a photocopy to jmcvey@cbhd.org.

Lodging Information

Lodging will be available at the nearby La Quinta Inn & Suites within walking distance (shuttle provided) and Embassy Suites North Shore (4 miles from TIU, shuttle provided). Arrangements for those needing housing can be made directly with the hotel. Mention the “CBHD Summer Conference” to receive a discounted rate. If you prefer to make your own housing arrangements, there are many hotels in various price ranges in the area.
