Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in sessions on a broad range of topics including innovation and technology, processing and security. These sessions have been designed to communicate the latest best practices as well as actionable information to drive value to your business.

Q: What is the format of the 2012 Visa Payments Forum?
The Forum begins with a welcome reception on the evening of Monday, May 14 (6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.) and closes at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16. Due to limited seating capacity, this Forum is by invitation only.

Q: Who should consider attending the 2012 Visa Payments Forum?
The Forum will include topics catering to client executives from card issuing, merchant, acquiring and processing businesses. Topics covered include the global payments landscape and opportunities across various product platforms including debit, prepaid, commercial and premium; payment channel innovation in eCommerce, mobile payments and money transfer; risk and portfolio management, acceptance and processing. The Forum is targeted at senior management of retail banking, product groups and marketing officers all of whom are involved in the development of electronic payment programs.

Q: What attire is suggested during the Forum?
We want to encourage a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for the 2012 Visa Payments Forum. Therefore, attire for meetings and evening receptions will be business casual. Ties and jackets are not required.

All presentations will be translated to Spanish and Portuguese.

Q: Has Visa negotiated special room rates for Forum attendees?
Yes, Visa has secured rooms at the Renaissance® Orlando at SeaWorld® Hotel and negotiated special group rates of US$179 plus applicable taxes per room, per night with arrivals starting on May 13 and departures through May 17.

For the Orlando World Center Marriott, the negotiated rate is US$167 per night, plus applicable taxes.

If your reservation dates are outside this block, Visa will not be able to guarantee room availability or negotiated room rates. If you wish to extend your stay, requests will be met on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to availability.

If you require a hotel reservation, please proceed to the "Register Now" button on the 2012 Visa Payments Forum website. You will be asked first to register for the Forum, and may then proceed to the hotel section to book your hotel accommodation.

Q: What costs will I be responsible for paying?
Attendees are responsible for their individual travel and hotel guest room charges, taxes, gratuities, incidentals including airport-hotel transfers, etc. and must settle their bills in full with the hotel upon check out. However, there is no cost to attend the Forum. Continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and evening cocktails will be provided free of charge for registered delegates. Dinner will also be provided on Tuesday, May 15.

Q: What is the cancellation policy at the Renaissance® Orlando at SeaWorld® Hotel and the Orlando World Center Marriott?
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy to cancel your hotel reservation. Canceling your hotel reservation on your expected hotel arrival date or failing to show will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your Visa card.

The Renaissance® Orlando at SeaWorld® Hotel, is located just off of Interstate 4 West, only a short drive from the Orlando International Airport (25 minutes). Car rentals with many major companies can be conveniently arranged from the airport, and taxi service is just as easily accessed. Follow signs in either airport for ground transportation and taxi service. Fares range from US$30 to US$50 one way to/from Orlando International Airport.

In addition, International Drive conveniently has I-Ride Trolley which makes getting around a breeze. With 78 convenient stops scheduled every 20 minutes, it's easy to reach the Orange County Convention Center, hotels, restaurants and shopping destinations.
