THERE IS NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT.

Registration Deadline
Registration will close at 5:00pm EST, Friday, February 17, 2012 or when conference has reached capacity.  No onsite registration is available at this conference.     

Full Conference Registration Fee Includes:
    All conference materials 
    Admission to all general and breakout sessions  
    Networking reception
    Nunn-Perry Award Ceremony and seated dinner reception  
    Post-conference on-line access to speaker presentations 
    Participation in the post-conference survey 
    Meal functions as specified on the agenda

All attendees will be required to present photo identification at conference check-in.  Conference attendees will be required to wear their conference badge at all times while on site at the conference including the networking reception, the Nunn-Perry Award Ceremony and to access the DoD shuttle.

Conference Cancellation and Substitution Policy
All cancellations and/or substitutions must be made in writing by 5:00pm EST on Friday, February 17, 2012. Substitutions will be made for the full conference attendance only and not on a day-to-day basis. No cancellation refunds given after this date.  Requests can be sent via email to OSBPConference@Triumph-Enterprises.com,  by fax to 703-637-9882 or by regular mail to:

Dress Code and Weather Information:
The dress code for the conference is business casual.  The dress code for the Nunn-Perry Award Ceremony and dinner will be After 5, semi-formal attire.  

In March, the average high temperature is 59 degrees and the average low temperature is 40 degrees.
