Tables will be located in the Ballroom Level Foyer pre-function area. One 6' table will be provided for each space purchased. See the
for the location of your booth.
You must order electrical service directly from the Sheraton no later than April 20, 2012.
Please use the

included in your Exhibit kit.
Wireless Internet service will be available to you at the Sheraton. You will not require a password.
EXHIBITOR SET-UP TIME– Friday April 27, 2012
• Pick up your Exhibitor badge at the Registration Desk when you arrive.
• Friday April 29, 2011: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
7:30 AM – 8:45 AM
9:45 AM – 10:00 AM
12:15 PM – 1:30 PM
(You will be joining attendees for lunch and you can continue your conversations back at your exhibits during this time)
2:45 PM – 3:15 PM
You may attend all of the symposium sessions as an observer only.
There is no pre-event storage at the Sheraton. You must bring all your materials the day of the symposium and remove them at the end of the day.
Discounted Parking of $12.00 for the day is available at the Sheraton garage.
Please bring your parking ticket with you to registration and ask for the discount stamp.
