Guest Fees

All guests are $65.00 each and will receive the conference welcome bag, and are entitled to attend: morning breakfasts, Trainor Lecture & Opening Reception and any other non-CME event. Guests are not admitted to the CME lectures or workshops, and will not receive a course syllabus. Guests must wear badges at all times.
