Exhibitor Information:
Please sign-up to exhibit when you register online. The cost to exhibit is $500 for NASS Corporate Affiliates and $800 for Corporate Non-Members (registration fees do not include electricity). Exhibit tables will be located in the San Cristobal Foyer. This area will provide continuous conference traffic and is adjacent to the meeting space. NASS will provide approximately 8' x 10' space with a skirted 6' table and two chairs. Booth space will be assigned after June 22, 2012. Space is limited to 15 exhibitors and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions please contact Stacy Dodd, NASS Event Manager. To order electricity or other AV equipment, please contact Alexis Alvarado at aalvarado@psav.com or 787-724-8720. Note: NASS will have a wireless internet code available to all attendees for use in the meeting space at the hotel.
