Dr. Marcie Biddleman--Incoming Executive Director, The Juvenile Welfare Board

Dr. Marcie Biddleman is the in-coming Executive Director of the Juvenile Welfare Board. Dr. Biddleman holds a Doctorate in Management in Organizational Leadership and a Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational Management; both from the University of Phoenix.  Other positions held include: Vice President of Community Based Services, Eckerd Youth Alternatives; Executive Director Heartland for Children; Executive Director St. Petersburg Free Clinic.

Kathryn is a former journalist, fundraiser, legislative policy analyst and later the youngest appointee to the executive leadership team of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. After serving as Director of Corporate Relations at Juvenile Services Program, Inc. a non-profit organization dedicated to at-risk and foster care youth, she founded kathryncox.com in 2010 and has been working as a consultant for luxury market clients and CEOs to strategically re-engineer their businesses in New York City.

Currently Administrative Services Director of the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County, Dr. Duffy is an experienced manager and consultant.  She is a founding partner of Cambridge Hill Partners, Inc. (CHP) a management consulting firm that works exclusively in the not for profit arena and was formerly the Director of Employment and Training at Harvard University.

Sandra Lyth--CEO, Intercultural Advocacy Institute
Introductions and Welcome

Sandra Lyth is the CEO of the InterCultural Advocacy Institute. The service program - the Hispanic Outreach Center - has provided more than 25,000 services for Spanish speaking people since it began in 2001, specializing in victim and family advocacy, youth services, and mental health counseling, public education, and integration.

 She has an extensive background in Corrections and Management, prior to starting the Hispanic Outreach Center.  She is a Trainer in Human Trafficking, and her current project is the Clearwater Gateway Farmers market.

Shelba is a Sr. Program Consultant of the Juvenile Welfare Board who specializes in bullying, poverty, and disaster readiness. She has spoken nationally on the topics of bullying and youth development and is extremely passionate about the arts and the impact it can have on our children.
