After attending the seminar, participants will be 
to complete an on-line evaluation to receive
educational credit certificate.


   This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation
   criteria and policies of the Rhode Island Medical Society (RIMS) through the joint 
   providership of Rhode Island Hospital and University Surgical Associates, Inc. Rhode
   Island Hospital is accredited by the Rhode Island Medical Society to provide continuing
   medical education for physicians.

   Credit DesignationPhysicians:
   Rhode Island Hospital designated this live activity for a maximum of 5.5 AMA PRA 
   Category 1 CreditsTM
. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the 
   extent of their participation in the activity.

   This activity has been submitted to the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), for
   approval to award 5.5 contact hours. The Emergency Nurses Association is an
   accredited approver of continuing education by the American Nurses Credentialing
   Center's Commission on Accreditation.

   This program has been approved to award 5.5 hours of continuing education for EMS
   providers through Mass. Department of Public Health, Office of Emergency Medical
   Services (MA OEMS).  MA OEMS is the approver of continuing education for all Mass.
   Emergency Medical Services.               

   This program has been approved by the National Social Workers Collaboration (NASW)
   to award 5.5 credit hours in accordance with the regulations of the Board of Registration
   of Social Workers.

  • Registration is required for 
    all conference participants.
    Continental breakfast, snacks,
    and buffet lunch are included
    the registration fee.
    Registration refund requests must be 
    received in writing at the Trauma 
    Program office before 9/3/19. No
    refunds will be issued after that date. 
    In the unlikely event that this 
    conference is canceled, conference 
    fees will be refunded to preregistered
