DFI 39th Annual Conference on Deep Foundations - Atlanta

The spouses, family and friends of conference attendees to experience the great sights of Atlanta through our Companions' Program, City-by-City. 2014 Companions’ Program Chair, Megan Fitzgerald (HIIG Construction), and Pete Rose (ECA), are working with DFI to ensure the group has a great time onsite and as they tour the great city of Atlanta. On Thursday, October 23, the group will tour the Atlanta History Museum, Swan House and take in some shopping in Buckhead Village.

Awards Reception and Banquet

All conference attendees are invited to join us for the DFI Educational Trust Awards Reception and Banquet. During the banquet, DFI’s 2014 Distinguished Service Award, Outstanding Project Award and the C. William Bermingham Innovation Award will be presented. Please RSVP during the registration process, as seating is limited. DFI will donate a portion of the event proceeds to the DFI Educational Trust Scholarship Fund. Additional tickets may be purchased when you register for the conference or as a separate purchase. Reception - $95. Banquet - $100. Both - $195.

Complimentary Portrait Service

All Conference Attendees - especially Board Members, Committee Chairs and Presenters - are encouraged to have a complimentary portrait taken during the conference. Stop by the portrait area on Tuesday, October 21 (during our technical committee meetings) or on Thursday, October 23 (during the Awards Reception). Payment Instructions

  • You may register using a major Credit Card or PayPal. You may also register and pay later by a Check made payable to Deep Foundations Institute (Memo: 2014 Annual Conference) or by Purchase Order. 

    Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, mail or fax.

    No refunds for Exhibit Booths after Sunday, August 31, 2014. Reference the Exhibit Space Agreement for details.

    No refunds for Attendee Registration after Friday, September 26, 2014, however you can transfer your registration to another DFI Member.

    Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
