IAPSC Annual Meeting 2014

Full conference registration includes access to all sessions, the exhibit hall, the Sunday Welcome Reception, the Monday networking event and the Tuesday Awards Banquet, as well as all meals and refreshments provided by IAPSC.  Single Day registration only permits access to the registered days' activities.  If you are registered as a Monday ONLY attendee, you will be able to attend the Monday networking event.  Similarly, if you are a Tuesday ONLY attendee, you will have access to the Tuesday Awards Banquet.  Guest Tickets may be purchased for an additional $70.00.  Guest Tickets allow access to the Welcome Reception, Monday evening networking and the Tuesday Awards Banquet.

***Exhibit Hall ONLY registration is available for free on Tuesday, April 29 ONLY.  Those who register for this type have access to the exhibit hall only on Tuesday, April 29.  Educational sessions and social functions are not included.
**Submit your application for IAPSC membership by January 13, 2014 and qualify for complimentary conference registration.  Note: complimentary registration will only be extended to those whose membership application is approved.
*Guest tickets allow entrance to the Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday networking event, and the Tuesday Awards Banquet.

Payment of Fees
Payment must be made by the following methods:
  1. Credit card payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
  2. Check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars made payable to the "International Association of Professional Security Consultants", or "IAPSC".
  3. Checks drawn on non-U.S. banks and/or written in non-U.S. currency will be returned and registrations will not be processed.
  4. U.S. or international money order in U.S. dollars made payable to the IAPSC
Purchase orders will not be accepted as payment of registration. Cash payment is not permitted, unless registering on-site.

On-Site Registration Hours
All attendees are required to visit the registration desk upon arrival.  Here you will receive your badge and all other conference materials.  Badges must be worn at all times during the conference.  Badge checkers will be stationed throughout the meeting venue.  You may also visit the on-site registration desk if you still need to purchase a registration to attend the conference.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notification must be made in writing by March 31, 2014.  If you wish to cancel your registration, please email us at iapsc@iapsc.org.  If your cancellation request is received by March 31, 2014, your payment will be refunded less a $75.00 administrative fee.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after March 31, 2014.

Changes to an Existing Registration
If you would like to make any changes to an existing registration, such as substitutions, or purchasing additional guest tickets, please contact us directly at iapsc@iapsc.org.
