Each 10' X 10' Exhibit Booth Includes:
 - One complimentary complete symposium attendee registration per 10 x 10 booth
 - Symposium attendee list
 - 24-hour security
 - Pipe and drape back and side walls
 - 7" x 44" company ID sign
For additional booth personnel:  Additional Industry Attendee Registrations are required for any additional company representatives manning the exhibit booth.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations will be honored up to 90 days in advance of the event.  Cancellations made outside of 90 days will be issued a full refund by the same method as payment was made.  Cancellations made within 89 days, but before 30 days, will be issued a partial refund equal to 50% of the amount paid.  Cancellations made within 29 days will NOT be issued a refund.
