Refund/Cancellation Policy
We will refund your registration fee paid in advance if cancellation is emailed or called in by the registration deadline, Friday, April 15, 2016,
to Sylvia Woo at or 415-904-2214.  Refunds for cancellations received after this date are not permitted although attendee substitutions are welcome and you may change the name, title, and contact information of the attendee on your original registration.  Payment of registration fees prior to attending the meeting is required.  No exceptions.

In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits is granted based on a 50-minute hour. This forum was designed with the intention of meeting the GAGAS CPE guidance, GAO-05-568G. However, the ultimate responsibility for determining whether CPEs qualify for credit rests with the individual or employing organization.
