EXHIBITOR & CRAFTER INFORMATION

Since the first Alaska Children’s Alliance biennial Child Maltreatment Conference in 2004 we have been told that this is one of the best conferences available for providing current information on issues and challenges facing those disciplines responding to child maltreatment in Alaska: law enforcement, forensic interviewers, medical and mental health providers, prosecutors, advocates, child protective services, GALs, judicial members, and prevention workers. We make every effort to include information and support that is relevant to those providing intervention and services.

Due to limited space, please register by Monday, November 1, 2016

Space Assignment/Fees:
Assignment of tables shall be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. The Alaska Child Maltreatment Conference, at its discretion, can accept or reject any application for space. Fees for exhibit space are:

$150 per table For Profit Organization (for three days, Nov. 14 - 16, 2016)
$50 per table Non-Profit Organization (for three days, Nov. 14 - 16, 2016)
$50 per table Crafter (for three days, Nov. 14 - 16, 2016)

The following items are included in the table rental price:
6’ draped table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket

Terms of Payment and Cancellations:
Assignment of exhibit space will not be made without payment and a signed contract. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Alaska Children’s Alliance. Cancellations received by Monday, November 1, 2016 will receive a full refund, less $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Responsibility Clause for Exhibits:
The Exhibitor understands that neither the Alaska Children’s Alliance nor the Hilton Anchorage maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and it is the sole responsibility for the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

Exhibitor Set-up and Dismantling:
Exhibitors will be permitted access to the exhibit area for set-up on Sunday, November 13, 2016, 4:00 PM. Dismantling will be on Wednesday, November 16 after 4:00 PM. 

Subletting of Space:
Exhibitors may not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the exhibit space allotted to them.

Shipping Instructions:
Drayage should be shipped through Hilton Anchorage Hotel, 500 West Third Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501 to the attention of “The Alaska Child Maltreatment Conference”. Click HERE to review the Hilton Anchorage Materials Handling Policies & Fees. Vendors will be responsible for any fees incurred.

    Cancellation Policy
    All requests for registration additions, changes and / or cancellations must be in writing via mail, fax or e-mail and received no later than Monday, October 31, 2016. All cancellations will be incur an administrative processing fee of $50.00. No refunds or credits will be made after Monday, October 31, 2016, however a substitute may be assigned with proper notice. Refunds will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be issued for those who register, but do not attend the conference.
