Engility Heritage Conference Center (“HCC”) Security Information

This will be an TS//SI/TK//NOFORN workshop. To attend, please submit your Visit Request as soon as possible and in accordance with the following security instructions:

Important Note: The following security policies are specific to this Engility Conference Center location.  Prior clearance submissions for other Engility-related facilities are managed separately and are not available to this physically-separate SCF.  “Thank you” in advance for your cooperation in carefully following the guidance, below.

U.S. Citizens:  Please forward your Visit Certification to the HCC Security Office if you do not already have a permanent, 2016 certification on file.  Please note that government-issued, “Blue Badges” are accepted at this location but “Green Badges” can not be accepted.

  • The Engility Heritage Conference Center (HCC) facility is located at 4803 Stonecroft Blvd., Chantilly, Virginia 20151.
  • Please include Name, Social Security Number, Place and Date of Birth, Clearance Level and Accesses and indicate the Meeting Name (ATIA Meetings and Briefings), Engility POC  (Monica Chavez) and Dates of Visit (December 6-8, 2016).
  • There is no need to call to verify receipt of your clearance; we will cross-reference registrations against the security list and, if necessary, notify you in time to take corrective action. For administrative convenience, we recommend that you “term-cert” your clearance for twelve (12) months, or at least through the end of the current year.
  • Per the above, the Engility Heritage Conference Center (HCC) recognizes Blue Badge reciprocity within the Intelligence Community (IC) for (a) U.S. Government Civilian personnel and (b) IC assigned U.S. Military personnel. All others will need a current visit certification on file prior to attending a classified event.

  • Checks must be mailed to be received by COB on Friday December 2nd, 2016 to allow time for processing.  Online registration will close at noon on Monday, December 5, with on-site registration available from 7 AM Tuesday morning, December 6, through Thursday, December 8.
